Alice was amazing from day 1 through the closing of my home. She worked tirelessly for me providing guidance on what to work on prior to the listing of my home. Recommendations and worksheets to help me stay on track. During the listing she even came to my house each morning and evening, as I was out of town so as not to mess the place up with my dog, to make sure house was aired out in the evenings and cool in the daytime. Once again Alice was awesome in getting my home sold! I already had my furniture in storage and we debated a staging. Alice recommended that I do it as the seller market had been cooling off and she thought it would really make my place ‘POP’…..it did and she was right. We got three offers the first weekend and ended up selling at $10K over asking price as all three were very interested. Just like the first time, Alice was on top of everything and even met with some people that came to my house for final touch ups as I was already out of town. The inspection report said the garage needed to be mud jacked or replaced and Alice had someone out there the next day and they called BS and nothing needed to be done.
